Half-Life

Pure testosterone in aqueous suspension with no ester attached. Produces immediate, very high peak testosterone levels within hours of injection. Used primarily pre-workout or pre-competition for rapid strength and aggression. Requires daily (or more frequent) injections.

Mechanism of Action

Identical to all testosterone esters — binds androgen receptors, 5α-reduces to DHT, and aromatizes to estradiol via aromatase. The key difference is pharmacokinetics: no ester means immediate bioavailability with rapid peak and clearance. Produces extremely high transient testosterone spikes that can cause pronounced estrogenic effects due to rapid aromatization.

⚠ Warning Flags

  • Very painful injections (aqueous, no ester)
  • Extreme estrogen spikes due to rapid aromatization
  • Requires very frequent injections (daily or more)
  • Hormonal instability — large peaks and troughs compared to esterified testosterone
