Mechanism of Action

Extraordinarily high AR binding affinity (5× stronger than testosterone). Does NOT aromatize. Potent progestogen. Drastically reduces glucocorticoids (anti-catabolic). Strong GH-axis effects. Causes marked aerobic capacity reduction (likely via RBC precursor binding).
